What You´ll Do

• As SHE Responsible – Plant Indjija, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Safety, Health, Environment, Fire Protection, and Waste Management systems in line with local legislation and Henkel global standards.
• You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, trainings, incident investigations, and sustainability reporting, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• This role closely cooperates with production, engineering, contractors, and external authorities to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• You hold a university degree in a technical or technological field and have at least 2 years of experience in SHE, occupational safety, or environmental management within an industrial environment.
• You are certified as an Occupational Safety Advisor, fluent in English, and confident in working with digital reporting systems and databases.
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation, risk assessment, audit processes, and sustainability principles is advantage, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
