What You´ll Do
- Execute engineering and maintenance activities to ensure quality products are delivered on time and at competitive cost.
- Design, coordinate, and implement local plant engineering projects in line with operational and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Quality, and SHEQ teams, providing technical support and expertise.
- Monitor and analyze engineering KPIs to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reliability, and process performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments, industry trends, and best practices within the area of expertise.
- Place of work: Production plant - Montornes del Valles
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Experience with project management and implementation of engineering projects in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, continuous improvement methodologies, and SHEQ standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (MS Project), and standard MS Office tools.
- Fluent English + Spanish
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
