What You´ll Do

  • Handle all returned products and merchandise. Communicate with Customer Service to obtain required return authorizations and documentation
  • Inspect returned items, document findings, and adjust inventory in the WMS.
  • Tear down scrap merchandise and dispose of unusable material according to company procedures.
  • Prepare and file all necessary documentation and forms to finalize and close out returned goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all return items.
  • Review incoming materials and coordinate with Quality Control
  • Support Distribution Operations

What makes you a good fit

  • High School/GED or 6+months of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills are required, and experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
  • Be able to work 1st shift 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment through job performance
  • 1-3 years warehouse experience
  • SAP and Blue Yonder a plus

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50 and $22.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
