About This Position
The LATAM Regional Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial health and operational efficiency across the region, leading strategic planning and budget control by developing advanced forecasting models and rigorously tracking key performance metrics in the supply chain. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the manufacturing, logistics, and finance departments, transforming complex cost and inventory data into dynamic dashboards and actionable insights that drive profitability and optimize resources.

What You´ll Do
- Monitor operational and supply chain KPIs Prepare cost reports and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with controlling standards.
- Analyze cost drivers and efficiency metrics.
- Maintain controlling tools and dashboards.
- Coordinate with finance and controlling units.
- Advise on cost optimization strategies
- Supply chain / controlling operational.
- Kpi tracking and cost analysis.
- Budgeting tools and variance.
- Reporting logistics.
- Data modeling and controlling systems.
- Dashboard creation.
