About this Position In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract manufacturing (3PM) operations and ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time product supply for the business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence, performance, and continuous improvement across 3PM operations. You will act as a key interface between Henkel and external manufacturers, building strong partnerships and delivering results in safety, quality, service, sustainability, and cost, while contributing to business success.

- Manages BU contract manufacturing operations to ensure on-time supply of quality products
- Optimizes contract manufacturing footprint and drives continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitors compliance with social standards, SHEQ, stock taking, and legal/Henkel requirements
- Supports and follows up on BU 3PM compliance audits to ensure timely closure of findings
- Coordinates with business, Purchasing, and site teams for toller selection and consolidation
- Manages BU 3PM complaints through CCMS and SCMS and ensures sustainable resolution
- Oversees toller performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost) and monthly BU 3PM reporting
- Ensures protection of BU technologies, business information, and materials
- Builds strong external partnerships and promotes collaboration, accountability, and high performance
- Contributes to operational excellence and transformation initiatives supporting business growth
- BSc/BA in Engineering, Chemistry or related departments, MBA or master’s degree is desirable
- 7-8 years of experience in a multinational company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement and results-driven approach
