About this Position We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to drive brand growth in our B2B professional hair business, serving primarily hairdressers and salon partners. You will shape how our brands come to life across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience. In this role, you will turn insights into impactful strategies while working closely with global and local teams.

- Own and execute local brand and trade marketing strategy aligned with global brand direction
- Drive brand growth in the local market, focusing on B2B customers as well as B2C strategies (salons, distributors, professionals)
- Adapt and implement global brand strategies to fit local market dynamics
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Manage product launches, campaigns, and brand activations in the local market
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to drive sell-in and sell-out performance
- Design channel-specific activation plans (salons, wholesalers, distributors, e-commerce, selective retail)
- Partner with sales teams to optimize promotions, incentives, and commercial tools
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and growth opportunities
- Support portfolio strategy, pricing, and positioning in the local market
- Collaborate with education teams to create engaging professional training and brand experiences
- Lead annual planning cycles (brand plans, trade plans, launch calendars
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and professional customer journey
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability
