About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Lifecycle Management.

What You´ll Do
- Serve as the point of contact for cluster operations, ensuring smooth day to day delivery by steering weekly cluster meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Monitor performance & quality, preparing weekly KPI updates and addressing time or accuracy issues across your cluster.
- Drive continuous improvements, contributing to digital initiatives and process enhancements identified through workshops and team feedback.
- Complete all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (hiring, transfers, promotions, salary increase, award payments, exits, HR letters, contract renewals, end of probation) while ensuring completeness of the workflow documents and manuals.
- Coordinate and execute the HR operational activities to ensure effective day-to-day tasks & service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR Lifecycle Management in Business Solutions or similar operational environments
- Strong familiarity with governed, process driven environments, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, KPIs, SLAs, and audit requirements, ticket- based service delivery, with proven experience in high volume operations
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a solid commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data handling.
- Workday Experience is also a plus
- Demonstrated passion for automation and digital enablement, with interest in enhancing efficiency through innovative HR technologies.
- Interest in project management, with the ability to support or contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent and professional command of English, both written and verbal.
