What you´ll do
1. 商品情報の管理・開発およびEC施策への反映
- EC Team が担当するヘアケア領域の商品情報（特徴、成分、使用方法など）の整理・管理
- SUBLIMIC を中心とした商品情報の構築・運用を行いながら、EC Team が扱うその他ヘアケアブランドについても必要に応じて商品情報整備やコンテンツの正確性をサポート
- 商品マスター、商品スペック、商品説明文の作成・更新
- ECモールおよび Owned サイトの商品情報品質管理（正確性・一貫性の担保）
- 社内関連部署（ブランド、サロン営業、品質保証、SCMなど）からの情報収集と整理
- Customer Experience Team が担当するサイトコンテンツやユーザー体験改善施策に対し、商品情報の正確性・整合性の観点から連携・インプット提供
2. ECチーム全体を支える業務サポート（横断ハブ機能）
- 商品理解資料、比較表、使用シーン整理などの資料作成
- 各プロジェクトにおける情報整理やステークホルダー調整
- レビュー分析、商品別売上動向などのデータ整理・分析
- 関係部門（サロン営業、ブランドマーケ、品質保証、SCM）との情報連携窓口
3. サロン担当営業部門との窓口業務
- サロン現場で得られる技術情報、VOC、販売状況の収集
- 新製品・キャンペーン情報のキャッチアップとEC施策への反映
- 商品情報に関する営業部門からの問い合わせ対応
4. VOC（レビュー・SNS・サロン現場の声）の収集と改善提案
- ECレビュー分析と課題抽出
- サロン現場の知見をECコンテンツ改善へ反映
- レビュー起点の改善提案をブランド・営業・Customer Experience Team と連携して推進
5. 公式店・公認店のコンテンツ品質維持およびモニタリング
- Amazon / Rakuten / Yahoo! の公式店における商品情報・価格・訴求内容・画像チェック
- ブランドガイドライン準拠の表記品質管理と定期棚卸
- モール内公認店や公認サロンOwnedサイトの運営状況モニタリング
- 情報齟齬発見時の修正依頼と改善フォロー
6. 売上データ・KPI の入手およびレポーティング
- 関係部門（営業、マーケ、ファイナンス、SCM）からのデータ収集
- 売上・KPI・キャンペーン効果の分析
- 週次・月次レポート作成とチーム共有
- 分析に基づく改善提案の実施
7. モール内非正規店のモニタリングおよび施策効果測定
- 外部パートナーと連携した非正規店の価格・在庫・表記内容のモニタリング
- ブランド毀損リスクの早期検知と社内共有
- 公式・公認店への送客施策後の転換効果（非正規 → 公式／公認）の測定
- 外部パートナーやモール運営チームと協働した改善PDCAの推進

Must Have
- ヘアケア商品に関する基礎的理解、または高い興味関心
- 情報整理能力と高い正確性
- 多部署と協働できるコミュニケーション能力
- 社内ステークホルダーや組織への理解
- Excel / PowerPoint の基礎スキル
- 学習意欲と柔軟性
- 日本語での高い文章力（商品説明文作成レベル）
Nice Have
- サロン向けヘアケア商材の経験
- 美容師免許または美容室での勤務経験
- ECまたはマーケティング業務の経験
- CMS・ECプラットフォーム理解
- 英語での簡易メール対応
