About this Position At Henkel Consumer Brands, we are on the lookout for a Regional Category Team Member to lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies across contract manufacturing and traded goods. This role will also focus on strengthening and scaling the raw materials and packaging supplier base, while driving continuous improvement across procurement processes.

- Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize profitability through effective sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging
- Support innovation and new business initiatives through strategic procurement activities
- Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure long-term value and performance
- Continuously improve and redesign sourcing strategies and procurement processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity of production and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and growth
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to drive informed sourcing decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Proven professional experience within a multinational FMCG environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of raw materials market dynamics within the laundry and home care industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Supply chain experience or a strong understanding of S&OP processes
