About this Position In this role, you will support the optimization and execution of global go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze processes, track performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of GTM workflows. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic project work and international collaboration.

What You´ll Do

• Support strategic decision-making through research, data analysis, and benchmarking
• Document and structure GTM workflows, processes, and execution plans
• Track relevant KPIs and prepare regular performance updates (weekly/monthly)
• Coordinate internal meetings, stakeholder workshops, and execution reviews
• Develop project materials such as process maps, SOPs, dashboards, and presentations
• Identify best practices and support their integration into existing GTM processes
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Student in business administration, marketing, economics or a related field
• First practical experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar area is a plus
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Confident in handling data and creating presentations (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
