About this Position In this role, you will support the optimization and execution of global go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze processes, track performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of GTM workflows. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic project work and international collaboration.

What You´ll Do
- Support strategic decision-making through research, data analysis, and benchmarking
- Document and structure GTM workflows, processes, and execution plans
- Track relevant KPIs and prepare regular performance updates (weekly/monthly)
- Coordinate internal meetings, stakeholder workshops, and execution reviews
- Develop project materials such as process maps, SOPs, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify best practices and support their integration into existing GTM processes
- Student in business administration, marketing, economics or a related field
- First practical experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar area is a plus
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
- Confident in handling data and creating presentations (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
- Available from July 2026 for ideally 6 months
