About This Position

• Manage assigned distributors and customers based on company rules, and keep good relationships.
• Plan and carry out business plans for distributors and retail stores (including P&L, investment, and promotions).
• Manage contracts and trade terms with distributors and customers, and make JBP plans.
• Execute the channel and product plans from the MSP team in the assigned channels and stores.

• Manage distributors and customers to achieve sales targets.
• Manage sales costs and P&L.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• College degree or above.
• More than 5 years of experience in FMCG industry.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with retail system operations in the industry.
