What you´ll do

  • Drive Territory Revenue & Growth: Own and deliver against sales targets by executing a strategic territory plan, opening new salon and stylist accounts, and increasing account productivity and reorder rates.
  • Build High-Value Relationships: Establish trusted partnerships with salon owners and stylists through regular in-salon visits, acting as a business advisor to grow their service and retail revenue.
  • Product Knowledge Education: Participate in product education, demonstrations, and retail coaching, while developing key stylists into brand advocates and ambassadors.
  • Expand Distribution & Partnerships: Collaborate with distributor teams to execute promotions, merchandising standards, and joint business plans that maximize channel performance.
  • Drive Market Development: Identify growth opportunities, prospect new business, analyze competition and trends, and provide actionable market insights to shape sales strategy.
  • Execute with Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate CRM data, track key performance metrics, manage territory coverage effectively, and align activities with company goals

What makes you a good fit

  • Field Sales Experience: 3–7+ years driving territory growth, new business, and account management (beauty preferred).
  • New Business Focus: Strong prospecting, influencing, and closing skills with a track record of converting opportunities into growth.
  • Industry & Channel Knowledge: Experience with salons, stylists, and/or distributor networks; understands sell-through and partner dynamics.
  • Relationship Builder: Builds credibility quickly and influences salon owners, stylists, and distributor partners.
  • Highly Autonomous & Organized: Self-directed, with strong time management in a fast-paced, field-based role (~80% in market). Territory area includes Orange, San Bernadino, Riverside, San Diego and Eastern L.A. Counties.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
