What You´ll Do
- Steers all sales & marketing activities, responsible for delivering the P&L for the area, advertising and promotional activities and respective budget; is responsible for local budget steering.
- Provides sales & marketing leadership for local / sub-regional team for building industry and consumer & construction businesses.
- Provide sales & marketing inputs for local / sub-regional master plan identifies opportunities to increase businesses within existing business and new clients' acquisitions.
- Oversees and supports implementation of key account & distribution channel strategy on local / sub-regional level. Determines / quantifies market opportunities and develops customer roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders.
- Leads the development of brands positioning and innovation; implements innovation pipeline to secure sustainable brand growth in region for the consumer & construction business.
- Leads the grow in white-space areas, identify potential room for growth the retail construction portfolio.
- Leads with growth and development of industrial business, continue to strengthen market position in core and adjacent sectors.
- Coaches and develops local / sub-regional (project) teams.
- 10+ years of experience in retail business and modern trade, ideally within consumer goods and construction materials sectors.
- Proven track record in leading and building teams from scratch, with the ability to structure, scale, and develop high-performing sales & marketing teams.
- Strong strategic sales & marketing and digital marketing expertise, including integrated campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Solid capabilities in market analysis and consumer insights generation, with the ability to interpret limited or fragmented data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in brand development, innovation, and creative design, including positioning, portfolio strategy, and innovation pipeline execution, experience in B2B industrial sector in a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix management, adapting strategies across products, channels, and local market requirements.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing, customer/channel management, and eCommerce (eCom) dynamics within retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, expand distribution, and drive new customer acquisition.
- Expertise in financial planning and budget management, including ROI tracking and optimization of sales & marketing investments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and global teams.
