About This Position
- We are seeking a data-savvy and detail-oriented Media Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team.
- In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic media planning and performance analytics.
- You will be responsible for optimizing our media mix across traditional and digital channels while leveraging CRM insights to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Media Planning & Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with COE team and media agency to develop integrated media plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and budget guidelines.
- Research and identify optimal media channels (digital, social, OOH, IP, etc.) based on target audience insights and competitive landscape analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive media flowcharts, scheduling calendars, and tactical briefs for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Media Data Analytics & Processing:
- Collect, clean, and consolidate media performance data from multiple sources, including agencies, social platforms, and EC teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, CTR, CPM, search, and conversion rates.
- Conduct deep-dive quantitative analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization within ongoing campaigns.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Media Effectiveness & Post-Campaign Evaluation:
- Lead post-campaign analysis (Post-Buy Analysis) to measure the true ROI and incremental lift of media investments.
- Develop attribution models to understand the customer journey and the effectiveness of specific touchpoints.
- Prepare end-of-campaign reports with clear visualizations and strategic recommendations for future budget allocation.
- CRM Operations & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Coordinate with DTC team to execute targeted CRM operation target and brand messaging flows.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to refine audience segmentation (RFM analysis) and enhance personalization strategies.
- Monitor key CRM health metrics including list growth, open rates, click-through rates, and churn rates, providing weekly.
- Language Proficiency:
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- Ability to draft professional English-language campaign briefs, deliver presentations to stakeholders, and communicate effectively with vendors and headquarters.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Demonstrated experience with at least one major analytics. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital advertising platforms is a strong plus.

- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail; ability to spot discrepancies in large data sets.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the maturity to interact confidently with both local markets and global teams.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a brand marketing team, media agency, in-house media team, or CRM role preferred.
