What You´ll Do
- Integrate corporate strategy and channel differentiation to build MPD tailor-made commercial plan, covering distribution plan and sub-category / channel focus.
- Considering MSP target / P&L to generate yearly/quarterly/monthly plan.
- Consolidate MSP resource and sales need to build a precise NPD plan for MPD.
- Based on category focus and distributor’s sell-out, closely work with BPM&CSM to build the each distributor’s expansion guidance and market development.
- Strong and mature communication.
- Distributor related working experience.
