About this Position We are looking for a Demand Planning Coordinator to support the development and execution of accurate demand plans for the Brazilian market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, support business planning processes, and contribute to inventory optimization and service level performance.

What You´ll Do
- Support the development and validation of demand plans throughout each planning cycle.
- Review sales history, investigate forecast deviations and outliers, and provide inputs to the Forecast Business Analytics team.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams to gather and challenge demand assumptions and enrichment inputs.
- Support portfolio segmentation reviews (ABC/XYZ) and demand planning activities for new product launches.
- Contribute to the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by providing demand scenarios and business insights.
- Collaborate with Regional Planning teams to improve service levels, reduce inventories and obsolescence, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced English required.
- Previous experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or related planning functions.
- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and supply planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data, forecasting, and business planning tools.
- Experience with segmentation methodologies (ABC/XYZ), demand planning, and inventory management concepts.
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
