What You´ll Do

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders across Adhesives Operations (AO) Greater China and AO functions leadership APAC, driving people strategies aligned with business priorities across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations excellence.
  • Translate business strategy into impactful people and organization solutions, covering the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead and develop the team, building a high-performing, future-ready HR organization.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, culture and transformation in operations environments (e.g., plant structures, footprint optimizations, shopfloor worker engagement, new ways of working).
  • Lead key annual HR cycles and governance processes (Talent Review, Merit, Bonus, Promotions), ensuring data-based decisions and high accountability for outcomes.
  • Actively influence business leaders with an external perspective on labor market trends, workforce dynamics, and capability needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations topics.
  • Champion and implement global/regional HR initiatives, ensuring strong adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Drive cross-functional HR collaboration to deliver integrated solutions with customer-focused and outcome-driven mindset.
  • Leverage HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and continuously improve people outcomes in AO.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, matrix, and preferably manufacturing / supply chain environment.
  • Strong business understanding with the ability to connect people strategies to operational and financial performance.
  • Proven capability in strategic thinking and execution, translating ambiguity into clear priorities and actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility to engage and challenge senior leaders.
  • Solid track record in leading and developing teams, empowering others and building high-performing HR organizations.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
