What You´ll Do

• Analyze Sales Order Entry performance data and generate KPI trend reports (e.g., SLA, backlog, turnaround time, accuracy)
• Develop operational dashboards using Power BI or Excel to provide real-time visibility
• Support Quality Assurance monitoring, including root cause analysis of defects and escalations
• Create quality and performance tracking reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis
• Prepare presentation materials and executive-ready reports for leadership reviews
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for data analysis and visualization; Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
• Must have Basic understanding of business processes and KPIs; With strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable recommendations; With Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement approach
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; with data storytelling skills
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
