What You´ll Do

• Support Safety and Environmental activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Prepare and follow up monthly environmental reports, including energy, water and waste indicators.
• Gather and review operational data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to promote safe behaviors and sustainability best practices.
• Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in SHEQ area
• Monitors, communicates and executes implementation of regulation changes
• Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHEQ area
• Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Engineering, specialized studies in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Experience with QHSE and Sustainability topics, 4-5 years of experience in industrial safety (chemical industry will be considered an asset)
• Strong analytical skills (Excel; Power BI is a plus).
• Proactive, detail-oriented and team player.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Proficient Microsoft Office user.
• Knowledge of safety regulatory frameworks such as SEVESO, ATEX.CLP
• Position based in Motornes.
• Used to working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Organized, with strong problem‑solving skills.
