We are looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Trainee to join our Henkel Consumer Brands team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in brand management, market analysis, and marketing execution, while supporting key initiatives that contribute to business growth. This is a great opportunity to develop both your marketing and analytical skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you´ll do:

  • Support the Marketing team within the Henkel Consumer Brands Division in day-to-day activities
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies for assigned brands and products
  • Contribute to the coordination of advertising, promotion, and product development activities
  • Collect, process, and analyze market data (studies, reports, store visits) to support decision-making
  • Monitor market trends and competition, providing relevant insights to the Brand Manager
  • Support financial and administrative marketing tasks (invoices, purchase orders, budget tracking)
  • Participate in store visits and contribute to identifying market opportunities

What makes you a good fit:

  • University degree (or final year student), preferably in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced level of Romanian and English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Creativity and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
