About This Position
- Develops 0-12 months’ Supply Planning for Finished Goods, align master production schedule and export distribution requirements planning (DRP)/Deployment for relevant assets in the regional network. Accountable for stock levels across network, incl. replenishment.
- Reporting to the Head of Supply Planning CN, will support Henkel Supply Planning Agenda and drives initiatives in the region.
- Develops and reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers/ in house plant to prepare planning KPI & capacity utilization review meeting.
- Monitors daily actuals against weekly/monthly production plan and tracking product availability, production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action for non-adherence.
- Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority.
- Supports on inventory analysis.
- Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints).
- Provides inputs to local SC team (Asia Affiliates), communicating material availability issues and capacity constraints.
- Collaborates with the Contract manufacturing/ in house Plant Production Schedulers to align scheduling activities.
- Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material supports the production schedule.
- Identifies and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
- 3-6 years’ experience in Supply Planning.
- Supply Chain Management.
- Operational Supply planning/ Production Planning/ Scheduling.
- Project management skills.
- S&OP / IBP knowledge.
- Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement in supply planning roles.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration & hands on experience.
- Data Analytics & BI.
- Strong knowledge of system: SAP/ APO/ Kinaxis/ OMP/ o9 or similar.
