What you´ll do:

• Operate and monitor plant processes using DCS/SCADA systems.
• Maintain process parameters within specified limits.
• Start-up, shutdown, and troubleshoot plant equipment as per SOPs. Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
• Optimize plant operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures, work permits, and emergency protocols.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report immediately.
• Coordinate with field operators for smooth plant operation.
• Communicate shift activities and issues effectively during handovers.
• Maintain log sheets, shift reports, and operational data.
• Record deviations and corrective actions taken.
• Report any abnormalities or incidents to supervisors.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process industry, paint industry, Polymerization industry,
• Diploma (Chemical) / MSC Chemistry
• Strong knowledge of DCS/PLC systems,
• Understanding of process control and instrumentation Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in shifts (6+2 patten, 24/7 operations)
• Good communication, teamwork and basic computer skills
