What You´ll Do
- Focus on a bulleted list of primary responsibilities and duties of the position including the key relationships the stakeholder is required to develop or interact with, or whether responsible for team management.
- Execute and support process migrations and delivery based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLA:
- Ensure GI/GR posting accuracy and timeliness in SAP, inventory adjustment according to stock tally report.
- Execute daily TMS planning operation in OTM shipment, ensure EDI transmission successfully between OTM & SAP, report incident once any error in planning.
- Perform physical consignment stocktaking per year.
- Maintain inter-company transfer price in SAP timely without error.
- Contribute to the effectiveness, efficiency & continuity of the operation.
- Contribute to process improvements and GBS+ quality goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors and support them actively.
- Complete coordination tasks assigned by team leader/manager.
- Active participate in team’s project and other activities held within Henkel.
- Keep open mind to continuous process improvement and quickly learner to digital upskilling.
- At least 1-year working experience in supply chain or logistics with project experience.
- Good English & Korean language skills.
- Better excel in digital application or data analysis & visualization (PBI/Python/VBA etc.,).
- OTM system experience is preferred.
