This role will act as a key catalyst in shaping the future capabilities of our plant.

This role focuses on optimizing existing manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and Lean engineering principles. The engineer will lead plant-level digitalization initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.

(Note: This position focuses on the continuous improvement of existing processes and excludes new process development or raw material change validation, which falls under the traditional SPE's job scope.)

  • Process Management & Lean Optimization
  • Data-Driven Management: Monitor, analyze, and manage existing manufacturing processes based on operational data

  • Project Management & Automation
  • Project Leadership: Act as the Project Manager (PM) for process improvement and manufacturing automation projects
  • Change Management: Lead and manage process change projects related to facility or system upgrades
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering with successful academic record
  • Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Eager to learn, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
