About this Position Design and implementation of new production processes, as well as optimization of existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.

What You´ll Do

• Optimizing the process and improving production efficiency, quality and costs through process control.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving through investigating and resolving process-related issues to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
• Continuous Improvement through leading initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and implementation of new or improved processes to achieve production goals.
• Analyzing production data to drive improvements and document processes.
• Finding opportunities to save costs in the production process.
• Training and development with providing technical guidance and training to production teams on process best practices.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders, working closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing in similar position.
• Higher level of education in Engineering or similar.
• Very good problem solving and innovation driving skills.
• Experience with project management in a production environment.
• Experience with automation and digital manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Slovenian language.
