- 1.Portfolio Review & Diagnosis:
- Keep sharp to market trend & consumer insight, review existing portfolio combined with sales performance to identify key areas to play in, lead for brand growth map and ensure a completed & competitive portfolio.
- Closely work with brand design team to develop NPD with comprehensive inputs from product concept to product assets, and accountable for NPD business case development input.
- Category growth strategy and brand management:
- Develop and deploy solid brand delivery strategy (campaign/media/channel/distribution…) under macro trend and brand business status.
- Define brand proposition & position, TA profile with existing data & research tool.
- Develop effective& right brand communication assets including offline and online based on brand proposition and campaign idea to ensure brand image and ROI optimization.
- Keen on new trends in the business& social environment and transfer the observations to new actions.
- Partner with multi-functional team on activating commercial plan and grow fashion color brand profitability.
- Conduct Promo pack design brief & delivery
- Financial Investment Plan:
- P&L owner, support monthly review based on Customer JBP performance tracking and adjust financial investment plan accordingly.
- Strong strategic business thinking.
- Marketing experience including business management is MUST.
- Result driven & growth mindset.
- Fluent oral speaking and written English.
