About this Position The Management Trainee – Finance OTC and Controlling role is designed to develop a strong pipeline of future finance leaders through accelerated exposure to both operations and transformation initiatives. Over a 12-month rotation program, the trainee will be assigned to two key workstreams, spending six months in each to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes and daily operations.
During the program, the trainee is expected to actively contribute to operational delivery while driving digitalization or automation initiatives that enhance team efficiency. Upon successful completion, the trainee will be placed into a permanent role aligned with business needs and individual strengths.

What You´ll Do
- Support Finance Order-to-Cash (F-OTC) initiatives within a shared services environment
- Drive digital upskilling efforts (e.g., Python, Selenium, Excel, Power BI) across the team
- Gather, analyze, and structure data requirements for automation and reporting solutions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
- Lead or support process improvement and automation projects
- Contribute to deductions management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Finance and/or Controlling
- Proven track record in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, business partnering, and change management capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand end-to-end processes and operations
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across various levels
- High learning agility, adaptability, resilience, and a strong ownership mindset to drive initiatives independently and collaboratively
- Flexible to work day (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) or mid-shift (12:00 PM–9:00 PM) in a hybrid setup based in Ayala Avenue, Makati
