Mission
Lead the development and implementation of the company's Occupational Health strategy, driving employee wellbeing, workplace health, and regulatory compliance while supporting a best-in-class Health & Safety management system. Act as the organization's key medical advisor, working closely with Prevention Services and Infrastructure teams to promote continuous improvement across occupational health initiatives.
What You´ll Do
Lead the development and implementation of the company's Occupational Health strategy, driving employee wellbeing, workplace health, and regulatory compliance while supporting a best-in-class Health & Safety management system. Act as the organization's key medical advisor, working closely with Prevention Services and Infrastructure teams to promote continuous improvement across occupational health initiatives.
What You´ll Do
- Define and implement Occupational Health strategies, policies, and procedures in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
- Lead health surveillance programs, including medical protocols, epidemiological analysis, and preventive health actions.
- Develop and promote employee health, wellbeing, and workplace wellness initiatives.
- Monitor health KPIs, absenteeism, occupational illnesses, and workplace incidents, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide occupational medical care and clinical support at the Montornès manufacturing site.
- Lead and develop the occupational health team, ensuring high clinical standards and operational excellence.
- Serve as the key medical advisor to leadership, HR, SHE, Legal, site management, employee representatives, and Health & Safety Committees.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Prevention Services, healthcare providers, insurers, and health authorities.
- Support risk assessments, preventive planning, investigations, audits, training, corporate initiatives, and Health & Safety reporting.
- Medical Degree (MD) and specialization in Occupational Medicine (MIR or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is a plus.
- Experience within an in-house Occupational Health or Prevention Service.
- Proven experience leading and developing medical teams.
- Experience in a multinational environment is highly valued.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid technical expertise, professional credibility, and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Fluent Spanish and English proficiency.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Montornès del Vallès (Barcelona area).
