What You´ll Do
- Process and manage customer and internal shipments in WMS, including order entry, wave planning, and stock transfers.
- Verify order details, shipping documentation, and compliance with domestic and international regulations.
- Coordinate shipments and schedules with distribution centers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
- Monitor inventory availability, track shipments, generate reports, and maintain records and trackers for accuracy and performance.
- Support customer service, continuous improvement initiatives, training, and resolution of order or shipment issues across the business.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Be able to work 1st shift
- Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, ERP and WMS experience necessary.
- Two to five years transportation experience preferred.
- The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving up to 70 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA standards.
