About this Position As a Global Cybersecurity Awareness Trainer, you will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s security culture by equipping employees worldwide with the knowledge and confidence to respond to cyber risks. You will shape and evolve a global training approach that translates complex cybersecurity topics into practical, engaging, and actionable learning experiences—helping the business stay resilient in an ever-changing threat landscape.
You will be part of a Global Advisory Team, collaborating closely with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders across different domains. What You´ll Do
- Lead and create the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a global cybersecurity awareness and training program, ensuring employees are equipped to recognize and respond to cyber risks
- Analyze emerging cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technology trends, and translate them into practical, hands-on training content for diverse audiences
- Plan and deliver global training initiatives, with a strong focus on technical audiences such as Application Managers
- Build and scale a train-the-trainer framework to enable consistent and effective delivery of cybersecurity training worldwide
- Collaborate closely with security subject matter experts across domains (e.g., cloud, OT, identity, incident response) to ensure relevant and up-to-date content
- Measure program success using defined KPIs (e.g., phishing simulations, participation rates, awareness metrics) and drive continuous improvement
- Continuously optimize training strategies and materials to keep pace with the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- At least four (4) years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT environment, with a minimum of two (2) years dedicated to designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a global setting
- Strong understanding of IT systems and security architectures
- Driven to navigate complex topics, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical detail into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a business-fluent level
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm) PH time on a hybrid work set-up
