What You´ll Do

• Be responsible for upgrading and retrofitting existing equipment in production, quality, warehouse, and other departments, including automation upgrade solutions.
• Be responsible for introducing new equipment prior to new product launch.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors’ on-site construction safety and quality, and collaborate with other departments.
• Follow arrangements, accept temporary tasks, work proactively, and maintain good communication.
• Strictly comply with safety and quality requirements: IATF16949 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 27001 / ISO 50001 / MES, etc.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• At least 3 years of project experience, such as automation retrofitting of existing equipment and introduction of new equipment, with experience leading projects to completion.
• Proactive at work, able to identify problems independently and carry out repairs and improvements.
• Experience in PLC, automation, and electrical systems.
• Strong awareness of construction safety and quality.
• Experience in maintenance of chemical industry equipment is preferred (e.g., mixing equipment, filling equipment).
• Good communication skills and high work efficiency.
