What You´ll Do

• Conduct research and development on epoxy adhesive formulas. Develop and optimize product formulas based on customer and market requirements and market trends.
• Prepare samples, conduct pilot-scale production, and monitor product stability and performance.
• Explore new product development opportunities, including new performance features and applications.
• Compile technical documentation for developed products and maintain technical knowledge databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and support sales and application teams.
• Participates in site's safety and/or 5S programs.
• Secures IP position in own area of development.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• PhD or master’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience (1-2 years for PhD, 3-5 years for Master) in epoxy chemistry related R&D, with a strong background in formula development and application.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
