About this Position We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous performance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in FMCG or consumer goods manufacturing environments, where equipment uptime, operational excellence, and workplace safety are critical to business success. The position will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You´ll Do

• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities for production machinery, utilities, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations with minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, extend asset life, and reduce maintenance costs.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures, ensuring timely corrective actions and sustainable solutions.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, contractors, and service providers to achieve operational and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while driving a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Home Care, Packaging, Consumer Products, or other high-volume consumer manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, utilities, and facility maintenance systems.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Remark: This position is offered on a 1-year contract basis (renewable based on performance and business requirements).
