About This Position What You´ll Do

  • Administrative supervision of a warehouse operated by an external logistics provider.
  • Coordinating cooperation between the company and the logistics operator, including monitoring the quality of warehouse processes.
  • Monitoring compliance of warehouse operations with contractual agreements, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Working with SAP, verifying inventory levels, and ensuring the accuracy of warehouse documentation (Goods Issue Notes, Goods Receipt Notes, Material Movements, inventory records).
  • Coordinating inbound, outbound, return, and complaint processes, as well as identifying, reporting, and supporting the implementation of process improvements.
  • Participating in regular and ad hoc inventory counts.
  • Analyzing warehouse reports and preparing reports and summaries for management.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Waste management administration, including BDO reporting and KPO (Waste Transfer Notes) documentation..

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience in warehousing or logistics operations, preferably involving cooperation with a third-party logistics provider.
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes and logistics documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, continuous prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance analysis.
  • Fluent in Polish and Advanced English level, enabling effective cooperation with stakeholders across different departments – min. B2
  • Assertiveness and the ability to enforce agreed actions and standards.
  • High level of responsibility, ownership, and independence in daily work.
