About this Position The CRM & Pricing Manager plays a key role in optimizing sales operations by driving adoption and effective use of Henkel's CRM tools and supporting pricing governance. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing processes, compliance with governance frameworks, and the integration of CRM tools across countries in the IMEA region.

What You´ll Do

• Lead the regional rollout and continuous improvement of the CRM tool
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for CRM users across countries
• Ensure accurate pricing data is maintained and aligned across systems
• Work closely with sales, finance, and audit to align pricing processes
• Create dashboards and reports related to CRMs performance and pricing accuracy
• Analyze trends and provide insights to improve pricing effectiveness and CRM adoption
  
  

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ACE preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Good understanding of pricing strategies and operational governance
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
