What You´ll Do

• Watsons （New Retail ）annual business planning (JBP, Promotion, NPD, Project-base activities).
• Analyze & optimize trade spending in all manners，achieving annual target from ROI perspective, and making sure the positive P&L outcome.
• Working with TM &MKT to come up with category solution based on Watsons different type of channel according to company policy & strategy, and execution excellence.
• Actively work with Watsons related functional team to effectively develop opportunity of online business and achieving stretch target of online share of business in all manners.
