About this Position You will be part of the Fixed Assets & Closing Team who ensures timely accounting and reporting of non-current assets including IFRS16 Leases and supporting European Henkel companies in various daily accounting topics.

What You´ll Do

  • Process complex analysis of investment projects and communicate with Investment managers
  • Ensure overall governance of Asset Accounting process in terms of IFRS, Corporate Standard Accounting and local accounting/tax law
  • Create and maintain Asset Master Data
  • Process Asset disposals, Sales, and Intercompany transfers
  • Handle manual General ledger bookings, Goods in Transit and Financial Material Management activities
  • Prepare various reconciliations/reports and perform month end closing activities and internal/external financial reporting
  • Contribute to internal controls execution, continuous improvement and simplification of processes – working in various project groups/leading own projects
  • Provide high level of knowledge/expertise to local business partners

  • University or college education in Finance area
  • Professional proficiency in English (level B2)
  • Willingness to learn new things & gain experiences in general accounting
  • MS Office basic knowledge
  • We will warmly welcome if you have experience: with SAP Basics, digital tools such as SAP Scripting, Power Query, Power BI, SharePoint lists which you could further develop and use during your operational work and projects with general accounting, IFRS standards

Starting salary range: €1,500–€1,800 gross. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
