About This Position
- Execute production plans and conduct variance analysis to achieve the Production Department’s KPI targets.
- Implement production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training requirements to ensure shift personnel possess the required competencies.
- Manage shift teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Ensure effective shift handovers and strong collaboration between teams to facilitate smooth task transitions and operational continuity.
- Lead shift production meetings, break down production targets, and take responsibility for overall shift performance, personnel management, and on-site quality and safety control to ensure products are delivered on time, with the required quality and quantity.
- Verify and ensure the fulfillment of responsibilities by production line/team leaders and conduct performance evaluations for shift personnel.
- Manage and drive improvements for deviations or deficiencies related to the 5M+1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment).
- Implement and manage shift handover procedures to ensure production activities are properly continued between shifts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote capability development and skill enhancement within the team.
- College degree or above.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proactive work attitude with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and self-development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production Management, and other commonly used manufacturing tools and practices.
- Basic English reading proficiency.
