About This Position

  • Manage the business plans of distributors and retail outlets within the assigned territory in accordance with company requirements, while building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

What you´ll do

  • Manage assigned distributors and customers in line with company requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute business plans for distributors and retail outlets, including but not limited to P&L management, investment planning, and promotional activities.
  • Manage distributor and customer contracts and trade terms, and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP).
  • Implement channel and category plans developed by the MSP department across the assigned channels and retail outlets.

What makes you a good fit

  • College degree or above.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with retail system operations and processes within the industry.
