What you´ll do
- Support the preparation and execution of top management meetings and events involving Henkel’s corporate bodies, such as Management Board meetings, Shareholders’ Committee, and Supervisory Board meetings
- Contribute to agenda coordination and content preparation, including briefings, presentations, and decision documents
- Coordinate and support high-level events and workshops e.g., summits, board offsites, strategy meetings, and corporate committees
- Drive operational excellence in governance processes, including documentation, tracking of open topics, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across corporate functions, business units, and external partners
- Student who is enrolled in a master’s program in business administration, economics, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong academic track record and high level of motivation
- Exceptional analytical and structuring skills
- High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment
- Availability for a six-month internship starting in October 2026
