About this Position About this Position We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager (KAM) specializing in adhesives to lead our relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key account portfolio with high focus on electronics market, ensuring exceptional service, strengthening long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of adhesive product sales across various industries. This role requires a strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the market and client needs.

What You´ll Do

  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP).
  • Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives (A, B).
  • Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
  • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling (A, L).
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
  • Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts (B).
  • Manage commercial relationships with key accounts in the adhesives industry, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify business opportunities within existing accounts to expand sales of adhesives and related products.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the adhesives, electronics or industrial products industry.
  • Strong knowledge in key account management and the implementation of sales strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate, communicate, and present proposals effectively.
  • Knowledge of the adhesives market and its applications across different industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Excel, and other data analysis programs.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
