About this Position As a Regulatory Specialist (Cosmetic Product Notification), you will play a key role in ensuring our Beauty Care products meet regulatory requirements and can be successfully introduced to markets. Your work will directly contribute to bringing innovative products to consumers while ensuring adherence to applicable cosmetic regulations.

What You´ll Do

• Evaluate chemical composition of products
• Communicates with Product development department
• Maintain chemical data to various databases
• Corporates with other departments on international level
• Review relevant chemical documentation for products
• Notifies Beauty Care products on Cosmetic Products Notification Portal
• Retrieve all relevant notification information from SAP P03, artwork DB, etc.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Must have at least one (1) year work experience related to Research and Development, Regulatory (Material Compliance and Quality Management)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); SAP background is an advantage; Willingness to work with numbers and data
• Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details, and able to manage stakeholders
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
