About this Position We are looking for an Anaerobic Plant Supervisor to support the safe and efficient running of our bulk production plant.

What You´ll Do

• Supervise plant operations, equipment, materials and team performance
• Lead and support continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, service and cost
• Manage and support up to 4 operators on shift
• Drive scrap reduction and process improvements
• Support training and development within the team
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental standards

• Third level qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Ability to make operational decisions and solve technical problems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
