About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Payroll.

What You´ll Do
- Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and employee data updates..
- Validate payroll files, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external providers.
- Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and quality checks to maintain a high level of payroll accuracy and control.
- Support statutory reporting, compliance activities, and payroll documentation requirements in line with local legislation.
- Provide support to employees and stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and payroll processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related function.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation…).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail..
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict payroll deadlines.
