About this Position Lead pricing governance and performance across Southeast Asia. You will partner with commercial, finance, channel and business teams to improve pricing consistency, identify opportunities and support disciplined execution.

- Coordinate standard prices, list prices and discounts in line with the strategic pricing framework.
- Manage customer-specific pricing approvals and communication and monitor price exceptions.
- Approve pricing for cases involving more than one strategic business unit.
- Partner with channel teams on rebates and e-commerce pricing to support consistency across online and offline channels.
- Analyse short- and long-term pricing opportunities, including low-margin business, raw-material cost impacts and cross-selling.
- Support the implementation of agreed pricing actions.
- Monitor pricing performance, prepare reviews and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Implement global and regional pricing tools locally.
- Act as the key user and provide pricing-tool support to users across the organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant equivalent experience are also welcome.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, sales, marketing, purchasing or another commercial function.
- Applications with a different length of experience will be considered where the required capabilities are demonstrated.
- Strong business English for regional stakeholder communication and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI, Python or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
