1st Shift | Mon-Fri | 6am-2:30pm
What You´ll Do
- Administers machine operations, as required to accomplish production objectives.
- Set-up, filling and packaging equipment as required.
- Adjusts dials, gauges, photo eyes, torque, labelers, tape machines, date coders, weigh scales and other related equipment, as required to positively affect production operations.
- Assemble cartons, pour/package products at required quantities and label cartons/ containers as required for products according to shop order packaging instructions.
- Identifies production problems both current and potential and advises corrective actions. Ensures that Production Supervisor or Shift Leader is advised of problems or concerns.
- Obtain input from Chemical Operator, Shift Leader, Production Team Leader, and/or Plant Supervisor for the tasks required for the day based on schedule.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s).
- Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.
