About This Position

• Focus on production process, product quality and continuous improvement.
• Make sure production process to meet Henkel SHE standard.
• Be backup for production supervisor.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Participate all workshop SHE activity, improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risk.
• Conduct the daily work order, maintain and establish the work instruction.
• Process improvement such as cycle time reduction, quality stable etc. And make production related complaint investigation.
• Provide timely support to solve process problem from production line.
• Improve the process to reduce material waste improve productivity and the yield.
• Communication with operator by daily meeting and training.
• Fulfill the other tasks that are assigned by superior.
