Logistics, Planning & Operations Specialist (Inventory & Planning Support)

What you´ll do
- Prepare, validate, and distribute Material Planning operational and management reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making
- Perform transactional support activities in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs
- Develop, maintain, and update business process models using Signavio
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process governance documentation in Himdoc
- Design, develop, and enhance tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives
- Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user support for existing tools and applications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and knowledge-sharing activities; Conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or a shared services/GBS environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Knowledge of VBA, Power BI and SharePoint is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) and experience with project coordination and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support process efficiency, data analysis, and reporting activities
- Strong customer focus with excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills; highly detail-oriented and collaborative; Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement exposure is an advantage
- Amenable to working on a night shift schedule (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati; Willing to work during Philippine holidays as part of a skeletal workforce arrangement
