Tax Specialist (Sales & Use Tax)

What you´ll do
- Manage exemption certificate activities for the US Sales & Use Tax process
- Monitor vendor transactions to support accurate tax treatment and compliance
- Review the taxability of purchases and identify applicable tax exemptions
- Issue and maintain exemption certificates for vendors in accordance with established requirements
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Tax, or any related courses
- Preferably with one (1) year relevant experience in Finance or Tax role
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Knowledge on SAP, or any ERP system, and Vertex Sales Tax, or any Tax Tool System is an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; Must be a team player, and detail-oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to on a mid‑shift schedule (12:00 NN –to 9:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
