What you´ll do

  • Implementing Henkel Company Quality standard and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant
  • Leading the site quality program
  • Direct leadership of the site quality team. Indirect leadership across the site through consistent quality program implementation
  • Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through
  • Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, GMP, and company-specific requirements
  • Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis
  • Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in quality or technical fields
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality leadership position in production
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
